Shift Manager

Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the next shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
