Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development Manage all aspects of the FIT/​leisure travel market segment, including consortia, wholesale, and boutique agencies; prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts; solicit new business through events and travel to key markets; maintain visibility in key feeder markets. Client Relationship Management Conduct site inspections and client experiences, greet VIPs, act as liaison between departments, and respond promptly to inquiries. Operational Coordination Create detailed group and individual booking summaries; lead or participate in weekly operations meetings; collaborate with revenue, reservations, front office, and marketing. Strategic Sales Planning Work with the Director of Sales + Marketing to set goals, develop action plans, monitor account production, generate reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
