Lead Engagement Owner

Salary: $75,000 - 187,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain the federal security clearance required for this position
• Strong organization, independent critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into a cohesive plan
• Self-starter who can drive projects independently
• Ability to collaborate across organizations, bring groups together, and build rapport in a matrixed organization
• Strong relationship-management and project-management skills, including coordinating people around deliverables and deadlines
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including executives
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience with subcontracting processes, including professional-services subcontracting, preferred
• Strong business judgment and written and oral communication skills preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems creatively, preferred
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours when needed and permitted by local regulations

• Build and manage relationships with Oracle Health Federal Consulting partners and facilitate regular partner calls
• Work with Consulting leaders to understand subcontractor demand and partner strategy
• Initiate and track partner contracting activities, including managing federal subcontracting requests for quotations and rate negotiations
• Coordinate candidate reviews and interviews
• Support contractor onboarding, ongoing administration, and offboarding with Consulting and Subcontracting Resource Management
• Coordinate subcontractor performance management and address backfill needs with Consulting and partners
• Serve as an escalation contact for invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Track partner key performance indicators and manage partner reviews
• Provide regular updates to partners and executives
• Follow corporate and organizational security policies, safeguard corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report security compromises
