RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Eastern San Antonio

Job Overview Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct one‑on‑one medical care in homes for infants, children, and adolescents in La Vernia, TX and surrounding areas. Pay: $24 - $36 hourly. Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time shifts available on days, nights, and weekends. Flexible/dependable scheduling. Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
