Speech Language Pathologist

Description Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) Clinician diagnoses and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients. The SLP Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients. Setting & Population Served Providence St. Mary Medical Center facilities operate as a rural community hospital that provide: Medical and Surgical Units Intensive Care Unit Inpatient Rehab Facility – CARF certified 8 bed unit Emergency and Same Day Surgery A diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs As a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
