Project Manager - Architecture

Job Description Job Description This is an onsite position working in our Monterey, CA office. Project Manager | $80,000-$120,000 Experience: 5-10 years in architecture Qualifications: * Efficient in Revit for both modeling and documentation * Ability to see projects through from start to finish while being budget conscious * Ability to create comprehensive construction documents with project dependent detailing * Advanced knowledge of California Building Codes * Management of permitting process across multiple agencies * Coordination with consultants to develop integrated building systems within designs * Experience working with contractors during construction administration * Leadership skills necessary to manage and collaborate with fellow team members Additional preferred skills: * Efficient in AutoCAD Architecture * Architectural degree licensed or working towards licensure * Rendering animation, preferably with Enscape * Efficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign * Experience with custom high end residential and commercial / hospitality Benefits: * Paid holidays and CA sick leave * Health insurance - after 90 Days, 50% employer paid * Dental / vision / life insurance - after 90 Days * Two weeks' vacation - after one year of full employment * 401(k) with employer contribution - after one year of full employment * Bonus opportunities We are seeking a full-time employee to join us in person at our office in Monterey.
