Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
- Process lease paperwork and related documentation.
- Record rental payments and security deposits, ensuring accurate ledger assignment.
- Audit lease files for accuracy and completeness.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic accounting functions.
- Provide backup phone coverage and assist with general office administration.
- Maintain filing and accounting records.
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping functions.
- Experience processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong attention to detail when handling lease and payment documentation.
- Prior property management or real estate experience is a plus.
