Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse

Schedule - Shift - Hours Variable - Variable Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse to care for our residents at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the facility: Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility. Services include a 20-bed memory care unit to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. A typical day includes: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The RN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. Developing relationships with our residents Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care Job Requirements: Education: Associates or Bachelors Experience: LTC experience preferred Skills: Patient care License: RN Physical: The ability to stand for long periods of time The options for shift and schedule can include: Full Time, Part Time and PRN (Per Requested Need). Nights, Evenings, Days or Rotating.
