Program Director, Postdoctoral Career & Professional Development

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, POSTDOCTORAL CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Career Advising and Professional Development (CAPD), to serve as the career services liaison for postdoctoral scholars. Will manage and deliver a range of services to enhance professional development and career competencies and strengthen partnerships/collaborations with employers, faculty, postdoctoral organizations, and groups; conduct individual career advising sessions; create and deliver an annual calendar of workshops/events/certificates; develop employment preparation materials and career resources; conduct assessments and evaluate data and outcomes; prepare budget proposals; and identify and create relationships/contacts with employing organizations, graduate student and postdoc groups, committees, staff, and academic departments.
