Associate Veterinarian Small Animal Practice, Lillington, NC, Full-Time, Up to $145,000 plus Production Bonuses
Role Summary
A well-established small animal veterinary practice in Lillington, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and imaging technology, including ultrasound and digital radiography, supporting a high standard of patient care.
Key Duties
-Provide medical, surgical, and dental care across a varied small animal caseload
-Develop individual treatment plans based on patient requirements
-Advise pet owners on preventative healthcare and ongoing wellness
-Work collaboratively with veterinary colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Compensation & Benefits
-Salary up to $145,000 with performance-based bonuses

Qualifications
-DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
-Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
-NAVLE completion and U.S. work authorization
