$120,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform financial statement preparation and review engagements
• Assist clients with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Research and apply accounting guidance to complex accounting matters
• Support clients with technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance needs
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
• Assist managers and leadership with special projects and client initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA designation completed or actively pursuing preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience reviewing financial records, reconciliations, and workpapersAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software platforms
• Desire to grow into a future leadership or management role
