About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to work with our full stack team from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of project management experience and is comfortable coordinating engineering, operations, business, and other stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can bring structure to complex work, identify risks early, help drive decisions, and maintain momentum toward project goals. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination while ensuring that teams remain aligned on scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Develop project plans including milestones, schedules, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution internally within the fullstack team and externally with Firmware, Software and UI/UX developers within Blue Sparq.
• Track project progress and proactively identify schedule, scope, resource, and delivery risks.
• Ensure project deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, and completed.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, and status reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and changes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build alignment across teams with competing priorities.
• Follow up on action items and ensure decisions are translated into execution.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify and document project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Manage scope changes and assess their impact on schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and decision records.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, product development, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
• Experience with project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, or technology teams.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple departments or external partners.
