Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator

- # Job Description# Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator* 1–2 years of experience in a digital content management role required* 2–4 years of experience preferred* Experience with customer service or a related role preferred* Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems (CMS)* Ability and desire to learn new systems and technologies* Familiarity with project management tools* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Interest in digital systems and content management best practices* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational metrics for content requests* Strong organizational and time management skills* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment*Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
