Production Planner

The Demand/3rd Party Production Planner is responsible for increasing the transparency of the medium‑term development of demand within Doehler North America and improving forecast accuracy and processing customer orders efficiently and on time taking into account cost‑optimized production and customer requirements into account. Production planning for all 3rd party manufacturers. Your Responsibilities Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces. Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company’s internal IT systems. Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g. 5S; standardized work). Notifying the line manager of deviations. Continuously optimizing of the system environment. Optimum daily production planning according to customer specifications in consultation with Production. Checking material and raw material availability and production capacities in accordance with incoming customer orders. Conducting redistribution and relocation of raw materials or blending materials for production. Compiling 3rd party production statistics, consumption, schedule and analyzing the results.
