Shift Manager
$11 - $13 per hourPita Pit
Responsibilities Oversee the restaurant operations. Deliver world‑class pitas with exceptional customer service. Duties Know the Pita Pit menu and serve as a food ambassador. Maintain a fun, clean, and upbeat atmosphere; motivate staff. Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, including unhappy ones. Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Participate in quality control by preparing food to the best standard while following all policies. Requirements Valid driver’s license. Able to perform all crew member duties: cashier, steaming, filling, rolling pitas, grilling meats, prepping ingredients, and keeping the store clean. Compensation Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour (depending on experience, plus tips). Bonus and tips based on restaurant success. Additional compensation includes tips and store discounts. Benefits 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of service. Employee discount. Paid training. Paid time off. Schedule Day and night shifts available. 8‑hour shift. Weekends as needed.
