POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client, a growing specialty retail company, is seeking an organized Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support inventory, purchasing, and merchandising operations.
You’ll work across departments to ensure products are accurately tracked, properly stocked, and ready for both retail and e-commerce sales .
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support daily purchasing and inventory operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product records.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve stock issues.
• Coordinate inventory organization and replenishment with warehouse and operations teams.
• Assist with new product setup and product information management.
• Prepare products for marketing and online listings.
• Track vendor shipments and communicate order updates.
• Review incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Help manage damaged and returned inventory.
• Maintain purchasing documentation and reports.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, retail operations, merchandising, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable collaborating across teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Retail or specialty retail operations.
• Inventory control or merchandise planning.
• Purchasing or buying support.
• Supply chain or logistics.
• Warehouse operations.
COMPENSATION
• $55,000–$65,000 annual salary.
