Paid Search Strategist

Supporting small business clients, the full-time Paid Search Strategist will manage campaign execution and optimization, provide consultative client support, and analyze performance metrics while collaborating with internal teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the expert point of contact for clients in the Paid Search program, educating them on fundamentals and performance Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that exceed campaign benchmarks and client objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading paid search campaigns Experience with strategic planning and executing marketing initiatives Proven track record of integrity and commitment in cross-functional roles Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced Search bidding platforms
