Developmental opportunities Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy What you will do Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high-touch and professional experience Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline recruitment tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to improve efficiency and consistency Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture during candidate interactions What we look for Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure clear and inclusive communication Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred, but not required Demonstrated success utilizing data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processes Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Equal Employment Opportunity Johnson Controls International plc. is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
