Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Akron As a Technical Support Specialist you will provide technical assistance to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ perfect for professionals with Indian nationality or preference Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through email phone or chat support Provide step-by-step instructions to customers on how to resolve technical problems Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to our products Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation Keep accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps taken Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry advancements to better assist customers Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role Proficient in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for women looking for a flexible contract job that allows them to utilize their technical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr PPOAR
