IT Support Specialist

Hasenstab Architects is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to aid in the operation, management, and troubleshooting of our firm’s IT system over three office locations. This person will work as a team with our current IT Staff to ensure our network of computers, software, and plotters/printers are maintained, updated, and secure on a day-to-day basis. We engage an outside consultant for backup, security, and overall system monitoring. The position will require engagement with this consultant as well as hands-on interaction with firm staff and communication with outside vendors. Prior experience with modeling, rendering, drafting, project management, Artificial Intelligence, and business automation software associated with an architectural and/or engineering practice is preferred. Knowledge of network hardware and software is required. This is a full-time, in-office position. Some work-schedule flexibility may be considered.
