About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and support the fiscal growth of its newly acquired businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including supporting business quotes, collaborating with the president to evaluate historical results and set future financial goals, negotiating with customers, and managing a team of finance professionals. Deep financial acumen and a strong sense of morality are essential for this role, as the VP of Finance will be working with a multi-million-dollar division that has numerous independent parts. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA being a plus. A minimum of 7 years' experience in high-level financial roles is required, and experience with construction, particularly Division 8 or 28, is strongly preferred. The role also demands experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite Comsense or Epicor. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and supporting inventory errors, and will be able to effectively collaborate across different areas within the division and the business as a whole.
