Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner in Pompano Beech, FL. The role will serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting hourly manufacturing populations in fast-paced operating environments. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing HR experience, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders and their teams to support alignment of People strategies with business goals and independently lead initiatives in support of those goals Contribute to change management planning and support leaders in executing change management, taking on greater ownership over time Strive for optimal organizational health by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable, scalable strategies that enhance overall team performance. Champion and support the performance management process, including goal setting, talent assessments, performance reviews, and development action plans. Identify talent needs and work with People and business leadership on workforce and succession planning strategies, training programs, and career development opportunities. Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to deliver the right candidate for the right role, assisting with onsite interviewing where needed. Support a successful onboarding process for your assigned teams, ensuring that new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience supporting hourly manufacturing populations.
