Construction Project Scheduler

Job Summary The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting projects with schedule tracking, schedule development, and providing proactive solutions to mitigate schedule risk. Minimum Qualifications A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, and using computers at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year technical or business degree or related field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years’ experience in a project scheduling role. Key Skills & Competencies Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed. Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Job Responsibilities Provide ongoing schedule tracking and labor projections for multiple projects, using standardized company workbooks (schedule comparisons, look‑ahead schedules, resource‑loaded labor curves and other tools). Develop large project and specific area micro schedules with Microsoft Project or P6. Resource‑load project schedules with labor hours. Regularly update and maintain project schedules, labor analysis tools and actual hours worked. Work with the construction team to coordinate schedule updates for each project. Develop impact and multiple scenario schedules. Perform additional duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
