This role is responsible for overseeing electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about building strong teams and ensuring operational excellence in a safety-first culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop electrical maintenance techniciansOversee maintenance for utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility systemsImplement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtimePartner with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performanceConduct audits, analyze maintenance trends, and implement corrective actionsPromote and enforce safety programs and emergency preparedness initiativesUtilize CMMS and CAD tools for maintenance planning and documentationQualificationsEngineering degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of electrical experience3–5 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and electrical troubleshootingExperience with HVAC systems, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and maintenance management softwareProven leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team development
