Bilingual Chinese/English Production Team Lead

$21.00/Hour | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Immediate Start

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Chinese/English Production Team Lead to join a growing production and repair operation in Grapevine, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical background who are ready to take on a leadership role in a stable, professional work environment.

If you have experience leading teams, coordinating production activities, working with electronics or repairs, and communicating effectively in both Chinese and English, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support daily production operations

Coordinate workflow and team activities to meet production goals

Oversee receiving, inventory movement, and kitting processes

Support repair and troubleshooting operations

Manage packaging and unpackaging activities

Train and assist team members as needed

Ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met

Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking employees

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Chinese and English (required)

Technician, electronics, repair, manufacturing, or production experience required

Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
