Environmental & Toxic Tort Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Experience: 2–7 Years

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking Environmental & Toxic Tort Attorneys to join its Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized practitioners handling sophisticated environmental and toxic tort litigation on behalf of major clients.

 

What You'll Work On:

• Defending complex environmental and toxic tort litigation matters
• Handling cases involving benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos exposure
• Assisting with Proposition 65 and class action litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
• Conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions
• Participating in hearings, mediations, trial preparation, and other litigation proceedings
• Developing litigation strategy while working directly with experienced attorneys and clients

 

What We're Looking For:

• 2–7 years of environmental, toxic tort, or complex civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Ability to manage litigation matters independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission required
