Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury litigator to manage a caseload of 30-40 cases, from filing through trial. The attorney will work closely with a top California trial lawyer and legal team, gaining exposure to depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings. Strong client communication, leadership of support staff, and strategic case management are critical.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload as lead attorney.
• Develop legal strategies and prepare pleadings, motions, and documents.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations.
• Act as second chair in trials.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff for effective case management.
• Maintain ongoing client communication throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience preferred).
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-value cases and work collaboratively.
