Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney Location: Torrance, CA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $175,000 - $180,000/year Vendor Fee: $3000 Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card Holder only Role Summary: Seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury litigator to manage a caseload of 30-40 cases, from filing through trial. The attorney will work closely with a top California trial lawyer and legal team, gaining exposure to depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings. Strong client communication, leadership of support staff, and strategic case management are critical. Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload as lead attorney. Develop legal strategies and prepare pleadings, motions, and documents. Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations. Act as second chair in trials. Supervise paralegals and support staff for effective case management. Maintain ongoing client communication throughout the litigation process. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active California State Bar membership in good standing. Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience preferred). Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
