Production Operator
Looking for a stable Monday–Friday manufacturing job with training provided and a clean team-focused environment?
This is a manufacturing company that produces custom injection-molded plastic parts for a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial, healthcare, and consumer products. They operate high-volume production machines that shape raw plastic into finished components, which are then inspected, trimmed, and packaged to meet customer specifications. Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 14.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
Operator is an entry level job focused on the Producing and Packaging of injection molded parts for our customers.
- Read and follow work orders and mold books
- Operate and maintain production of injection molded parts
- Retrieve, trim, and complete secondary finishing of parts Inspect parts for quality and perform minor tests as needed
- Separate, record, and dispose of defective parts
- Package products to customer specifications and label correctly
- Complete production tally sheets and log scrap/rejects
- Use scanners for packaging labels when required
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to understand and follow written work instructions and mold books
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and work with experienced team members
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
