Production Operator

Looking for a stable Monday–Friday manufacturing job with training provided and a clean team-focused environment?

This is a manufacturing company that produces custom injection-molded plastic parts for a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial, healthcare, and consumer products. They operate high-volume production machines that shape raw plastic into finished components, which are then inspected, trimmed, and packaged to meet customer specifications. The work environment is clean, structured, and focused on quality, safety, and consistent production output.

Production Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 14.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

Operator is an entry level job focused on the Producing and Packaging of injection molded parts for our customers.

Read and follow work orders and mold books
Operate and maintain production of injection molded parts
Retrieve, trim, and complete secondary finishing of parts Inspect parts for quality and perform minor tests as needed
Separate, record, and dispose of defective parts
Package products to customer specifications and label correctly
Complete production tally sheets and log scrap/rejects
Use scanners for packaging labels when required

Production Operator Qualifications:

Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Ability to understand and follow written work instructions and mold books
Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and work with experienced team members
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
