Join us in this exciting journey and make a lasting impact in our branch in San Joaquin County.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the finance/banking and insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Currently working in bankingPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in business administration or a related field.Experience business development solutions and financial technology.Skills:The required skills for this role include strong leadership abilities, which will be utilized to inspire and guide the branch team towards achieving their goals. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met. Analytical skills will be employed to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement, driving strategic initiatives. Additionally, proficiency in financial management will be crucial for overseeing budgets and financial reporting.
