The Branch Manager at the Rancho Cordova Branch will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff. Recruit and onboard employees; set clear expectations and manage performance. Oversee daily branch operations, scheduling, workload coordination, and service quality. Manage branch budgets, expenses, labor, and operational performance against established goals. Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and employer requirements. Build lasting customer relationships and resolve escalated service concerns promptly and professionally. Use operational and customer data to identify trends, improve processes, and support sustainable growth.
