If you're ready to take your career to the next level and gain valuable experience, Responsibilities Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity Qualifications Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Tuition Reimbursement 401K Paid time to volunteer in your local community You may be eligible for additional incentive compensation subject to the rules covering the program Compensation Information $95,000.00-$133,000.00 / Annually PDS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
