Guaranteed Base Rate: $30 - $45/Hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will:

• Travel to customer fleet locations using a company-provided service vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles
• Conduct oil changes, fluid exchanges, and scheduled maintenance services
• Perform tire installation, repairs, rotations, and inspections
• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs
• Perform brake inspections and brake repair services
• Conduct DOT and safety inspections
• Identify service opportunities and recommend maintenance solutions
• Build strong customer relationships while providing outstanding service
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
• Work independently with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repair on commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
