What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll rotate through multiple workstations to build high-quality medical device components and subassemblies.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble medical device components using detailed work instructions

• Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches

• Perform mechanical assembly of hardware and components

• Operate specialized equipment for functional testing

• Read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and build plans

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately

• Use computers to access work instructions and record production data

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Follow safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred

• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures

• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and rotate between workstations

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Medical device manufacturing experience

• Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, or soldering experience

• Experience working from build plans, travelers, or production documentation

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
