Steel Production Associate (2nd or 3rd shift) - Monroe, OH

Worthington Steel is looking to add a Production Associate to our team. The Production Associate performs a combination of production tasks which may include, but not limited to, loading machinery, positioning work, setting up jobs, removing parts and waste, adjusting and operating machinery. This role also assists the Operator with job duties. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, problem solver who has a strong work ethic to improve quality and production levels of systems and equipment.
