Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (11:00–23:00) | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule with 84-hour biweekly guarantee | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment and disposition
• Adhere to facility compliance standards, infection control policies, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license (must be in-hand prior to start)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience; 3 or more years preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Prior travel nursing assignments with demonstrated adaptability in varied clinical environments
