Inventory Associate

Base Pay $18.00 - $25.00 / Hour Job Category Any Location Reports To: Inventory Manager / Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary The Inventory Associate supports all daily cannabis inventory functions, ensuring products are accurately received, labeled, organized, and tracked in compliance with state regulations and company policy. This role works closely with the Inventory Manager and store leadership to maintain product accuracy across Dutchie POS, METRC, and physical counts. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming cannabis shipments against manifests and invoices. Label and prepare products for sale in accordance with state regulations. Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory storage and vault areas. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical counts. Communicate discrepancies or compliance issues to leadership. Ensure accurate product entry and reconciliation between METRC and Dutchie POS. Qualifications 1+ year of retail or inventory experience; cannabis preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization. Familiarity with METRC and Dutchie POS (training provided). Must be 21+ and pass state background check Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs. Prolonged standing, bending, and walking.
