Talent Development Specialist
Select Sires
Select Sires seeks a Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training that strengthens capabilities across our bovine genetics business. In this role, you will assess learning needs, build technical and soft-skills programs, and support career development for field, technical, and office teams. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to align learning strategies with innovation and herd productivity goals. Ideal candidates bring experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation, plus passion for agriculture or animal science and a growth-oriented mindset.
