As we wrap up our fourth year as an agency, Im proud to lead a team of six dedicated individuals, each bringing unique skills and a willingness to learn and help others. I started as a team member and my goal is to support those on my team who aspire to one day open their own agency, just as I was supported.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
