Territory Sales Manager - Eastern United States

As our business continues to grow across North America, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Eastern United States. Position Summary This is a full-time hybrid position responsible for developing and growing sales across the Eastern U.S. territory, including: Washington, DC Maryland Virginia Pennsylvania (Philadelphia region) North Carolina South Carolina Georgia Tennessee Kentucky The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and expanding Bodaq’s presence throughout the region. This role requires frequent travel and a proactive approach to relationship-building within the architecture, design, construction, and property management communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, property managers, and end users. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Track sales activities and opportunities through CRM systems. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support company growth initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales and territory management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Experience managing a multi-state territory. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region. Experience in architectural products, building materials, interior finishes, commercial construction, or design-related industries is preferred. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission.
