Rise to the challenge, find your voice, launch your career to new heights, and join our Northrop Grumman Mission Systems’ Naval & Oceanic Systems Business Unit.Our team is looking for a qualified applicant to lead all Global Supply Chain activities in support of our Oceanic Systems program portfolio.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, execution, and operational efficiency of all material and services content for two Operating UnitsDrive strong supplier performance through the use of focused management approaches designed to proactively identify and mitigate risksManage supplier relationships and support negotiations for major subcontract awardsActs as the primary focal point for program leadership for GSC and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are metMonitor and manage emerging global supply chain issues and develop mitigation strategies to best position programs for continued successLead GSC in proposal efforts supporting our growing campus through cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing & EstimatingDevelop key suppliers to support critical program and industry technologiesAssume lead responsibility for the assessment of supply resources and to aggregate and prioritize demand requirementsMaintain an accurate and predictable material receipt forecast for the Annapolis campusReport to executive leadership at program management reviewsParticipate in make/buy decisions beneficial to programs and the campusManage both short and long-term capacity and resource planningTravel up to 25%#MPRBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in operations, supply chain, business, or program management or a masters degree and a minimum of 6 years in operations, supply chain, business, or program managementExperience with supply chain management techniques, practices, processes, tools, and planning.Minimum of 5 years in a formal lead/management position of peopleUS CitizenshipMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Active Top Secret Clearance with SCIHigh proficiency with SAP, particularly Supply Chain/MRP transactionsExperience and/or knowledge in a manufacturing environmentPrimary Level Salary Range: $167,500.00 - $251,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
