Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager)

You will provide assistance to the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer. Responsibilities Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest , to support test planning and execution tracking. Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making. Participate in PMA meetings utilizing MS Office products including TEAMS Familiar with the Navy's Acquisition processes and procedures. Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for test teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation to the Program Office. Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality. Manage the receipt, organization, and archival of all test reports , including both government- and contractor-generated documentation. Familiar with Test and Evaluation of weapon systems Qualifications Must have 3 to 10 years of experience A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years Must be familiar with Microsoft applications Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Navy acquisition and test experiece desired Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$135,000. (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
