Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist inbound callers with their wireless accounts, process orders, and troubleshoot concerns while working in a supportive remote environment. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions efficiently Process orders and update customer records while maintaining a positive attitude Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma Legally permitted to work in the United States and pass a background screening Reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, or Iowa
