In the role of Senior Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving multiple project staffProduce, prioritize, pursue and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual commitments, design standards and lead production meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff, reviewing agencies and project sponsors/stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of quality deliverables while managing critical path scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to validate that work is completed within theparameters of agreed-upon budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsActively lead and implement QA/QC procedures to validate work is completed accurately and neatlySupervise project staff and act as amentor for less-experienced Project Managers, Engineers, or Engineers in TrainingPerform periodic check in with staff and technical contributors to confirm deliverables are meeting schedule commitmentsOther duties as needed including but not limited to supervisory efforts of direct reports#LI-JF1Keywords: Senior Transportation Project Manager, roads, roadway, rail, railway , transit, grade separationPreferred Qualifications 10 years related civil design and management experienceProject management experience of active design projects involving roadway and railway elementsClear written and oral communication with delivery team in a multi-disciplinary teamFamiliarity with various CAD / GIS / design calculation software to effective lead team members in production of engineering concepts, capital cost determinations, and design level drawingsAbility to lead proposal development and client focused pursuits for specific projects related to CEQA/NEPA to achieve environmental clearance all the way through final design and constructionQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience A minimum 5 years project management experience Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
