Responsibilities of the Production Manager Plan production schedule and manage employee workflow in a high-mix environment Lead, train, and provide guidance to team members Analyze delays and recommend improvements to maximize machine uptime Ensure efficient utilization of materials Manage and oversee ERP system for the division Contribute to continuous improvement projects Foster a safe, healthy, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment Qualifications of the Production Manager Familiar with a fast-paced, high volume-manufacturing environment 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with machine operation and assembly processes, preferred Bachelor’s degree (business management, finance, engineering or related field) preferred Business acumen mindset to focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Strong math and financial analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities Lean manufacturing experience, Green Belt or Black Belt preferred This full-time, direct-hire Production Manager opportunity offers $70,668-$85,228/year, depending on experience.
