Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train staff and contractors on safety procedures and protocols.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety among all team members and stakeholders.
