From preparing treatment rooms and assisting with procedures to maintaining sterilization protocols and providing post‑treatment guidance, your work will make a meaningful difference each day. You’ll support our dentists and hygienists chair‑side and contribute to both clinical and administrative operations. What You'll Do: Prepare patients and treatment rooms with care and professionalism Assist during procedures with suction, retraction, and dental material prep Record accurate patient data, vitals, and treatment details Capture digital X-rays and ensure proper infection control protocols Provide post‑op instructions and help patients feel informed and supported Support lab tasks and keep sterilization logs up to date What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Computer literate and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus A positive, team‑first attitude and commitment to patient care If you're ready to grow your dental career in a place where patients and staff feel truly valued.
