Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a skilled Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a specialty retail pharmacy team. The role involves managing two pharmacy technicians and overseeing daily pharmacy operations in a contract or contract-to-hire capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of two pharmacy technicians in a specialty retail environment.
Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and patient safety protocols.
Oversee non-sterile compounding processes, including creams and gels, where applicable.
Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system to support operations and record keeping.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist in Charge.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing pharmacy staff.
Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is highly desirable.
Proficient in the New Leaf pharmacy system or similar software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
