About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Ecosystem Lead for the Global Life Sciences Activation & Adoption division. This senior role is pivotal in defining and enforcing partner delivery standards, compliance frameworks, and collaboration models within a large, global SI ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all partners delivering life sciences implementations are prepared, certified, and adhere to the highest delivery standards. This includes defining the partner collaboration model, setting compliance standards, and working closely with Partner Sales and Partner Success teams to maintain a capable and high-performing global partner ecosystem. The role also involves contributing to thought leadership and industry presence, positioning the company as the definitive authority on life sciences implementation strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Partner Management, Ecosystem Strategy, or Alliance Management, preferably within the Enterprise Cloud or Life Sciences technology space. The role requires deep expertise in partner ecosystem strategy and compliance, as well as a proven track record in partner enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in ecosystem delivery quality. Strong cross-functional influence skills are essential, as is the ability to drive accountability across various teams without direct reporting authority. The ideal candidate will have exceptional judgment, composure, and the ability to serve as the senior escalation point for partner compliance failures. Experience in executive communication, thought leadership, and a background in representing an organization externally are also key requirements.
