About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Director of Men's and Boys' Soccer to lead the implementation of a comprehensive youth development and pathway strategy. This senior executive role is pivotal in the organization's mission to create the best club and national team pathway for men and boys in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with leaders across the American male soccer ecosystem, from professional leagues to youth clubs, to align incentives and foster environments that support elite player development. The role demands a leader with significant executive experience in soccer or sports, a deep understanding of the American soccer landscape, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing a team of technical leaders, driving greater investment and visibility for soccer, and ensuring the public communication of the sport's performance and progress. Applicants for the SVP, Director of Men's and Boys' Soccer position at the company should have a proven track record of visionary leadership, analytical decision-making, and the ability to influence a broad set of stakeholders. The role requires a leader with experience in developing and implementing strategy across complex organizations, working with external partners to align resources, and a strong background in working with elite male soccer players.
