Property Maintenance $1,250 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests and work orders
- Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Repairing doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures
- Painting and completing apartment make-ready work
- Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Maintaining common areas, buildings, and exterior property
- Troubleshooting maintenance problems and determining appropriate repairs
- Using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Communicating with residents and property management regarding repairs and maintenance needs
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Some Weekends
- On Call Hours
- 401k and other benefits are available. Discounted or free rent to candidates is offered to employees who pass a trial period.
- $3/per hour raise after introductory period
